  • Lead the Future of Digital Accessibility and Create Lasting Social Impact

Are you passionate about technology, innovation, accessibility, and creating meaningful change?

We're looking for an ambitious and inspiring Senior Accessibility Innovation Manager to lead a groundbreaking three-year technology partnership that will help organisations make information more accessible for people with a learning disability. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership, digital innovation, stakeholder engagement, and social impact in a role that truly makes a difference.

This is a full-time home-based role on a fixed term contract to oversee the project for 3 years. There is a requirement to work in our London office approximately once a month.

    Why This Role?

You'll lead an exciting programme that uses cutting-edge AI technology to help organisations create accessible content more efficiently, breaking down communication barriers and promoting greater inclusion. Working with senior leaders, partner organisations, and a global technology partner, you'll drive adoption, influence change, and deliver measurable impact at scale.

This is an opportunity to shape how organisations embrace accessibility and ensure people with a learning disability can access information more easily and independently.

    What You'll Be Doing

As the operational lead for this major partnership, you will:

    • Lead the delivery of a high-profile three-year accessibility innovation programme.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with organisations across the charity, public, and private sectors.
    • Champion the benefits of AI-powered accessibility tools to senior stakeholders.
    • Design and deliver engaging workshops, demonstrations, and pilot programmes.
    • Monitor progress, measure impact, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve delivery.
    • Support organisations through implementation, adoption, and long-term sustainability.
    • Lead and develop a collaborative, high-performing team focused on achieving meaningful outcomes.

We're seeking a confident and strategic leader who can bring people together around a shared vision.

    You'll ideally have:

    • Significant experience leading complex partnerships, innovation programmes, digital transformation initiatives, or social impact projects.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and external partners.
    • Strong programme and project management expertise, from planning through to successful delivery.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
    • Experience using data and insight to measure success and inform decisions.
    • A genuine passion for accessibility, inclusion, and improving outcomes for people with a learning disability.

    Bonus Points If You Have

    • Experience within the charity sector.
    • Experience working with AI-enabled products or digital innovation programmes.
    • Knowledge of accessibility, inclusive communication, or user-centred design.
    • Experience involving people with lived experience in programme design and delivery.

    Why Join Us?

This is your chance to lead a transformative programme with national reach, collaborate with passionate colleagues and partners, and leave a lasting legacy in the accessibility space.

You'll join an organisation that believes everyone deserves the opportunity to live independently, be included, and have their voice heard.

If you're ready to drive innovation, build powerful partnerships, and create real social change through technology, we'd love to hear from you.

This role will close on the 8th November. Interviews will be held via TEAMS on the 24th November and a second stage on the 30th November.
